[TMF Implementation Case] Major Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Manufacturer (South Korea)
Utilizing TMF as a key process! Achieving a high wastewater recovery rate of 95% with high-quality filtered water.
Backgrinding processing discharges fine silica particles with polishing characteristics, and the wastewater containing them cannot be reused unless the suspended solids are removed. The conventional solid-liquid separation technologies have various disadvantages in treating this wastewater, but it has been demonstrated through numerous validations that the Tubular Membrane System (TMF) can exhibit excellent capabilities. This wastewater treatment system not only reduces the volume of wastewater discharged but also enables the large-scale recovery of deionized water with high-quality standards by placing an RO (reverse osmosis) system for subsequent treatment. With the introduction of this system, the factory has significantly reduced the costs of ultra-pure water production and industrial wastewater, achieving annual savings of approximately 1 million US dollars. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
